Just bought tapatalk4 and it tells me all my notifications.  Can I stop getting double notifications to my email?
Is there an option for that, thanks.

Stop subscribing to threads?
If the sea was vodka, and I was a duck.
I would swim to the bottom, and drink my way up.
But the sea isn't vodka, and I'm not a duck.
So give me the vodka, and stfu.

I still want the notification but not twice. I'm not sure that's possible but thought I'd ask.

I mean I get 1 notification in tapatalk, then I get the same notification to my email for the same post. Wondering if I can turn just the email off but still get the tapatalk.

I think were on a different page.  I get 2 notifications for 1 post, I just need 1 but I can live with it.

I was going on the assumption that both wsc and Tapatalk were each notifying you separately. I don't have Tapatalk, so I can only guess. If you turn off notifications in wsc, do you get zero notifications?

I would blame Tapatalk. SMF allows you to choose to receive notifications, or not. I have no idea how Tapatalk works, but if it's intercepting how SMF sends them in order to send you push notifications and you get the original from SMF and also whatever Tapatalk adds, it's hardly the forum software's fault, and there is likely nothing we can do about it.

On your end, depending on which email you use, you could probably set up a filter to make them shut up in your inbox: gmail allows for custom filters which can be handled any number of ways: mark as read, label, send to folder, archive, delete, etc.
