I went through and have ensured there's none "waiting in the queue" now.

Either they have received an email that they were rejected (in error, clearly), or they have received an email that they were approved.

He had a different account that never got cleared hence why he made a new one... But thank you.

Either:

It was denied (in error), and he received an email saying so.

or

It was approved, and he received an email saying so.

Those are the only 2 options.
