Topic: brand new hsd coils

Just got HSD coils for my bugeye sti and everything is good but they seem to bounce a lot! esspecially in rear or should i say oscillate while going down the road. When we push down on the car they seem very stiff with next to no sinking but bounce. We made sure preload is at 0 and we have tried the dampening and still nothing fixing it any ideas?

Check and/or increase tire pressure.

If the springs are that much stiffer, the part of the suspension with the lowest springrate might be the sidewalls of your tires, and they're an undamped spring.

Beyond that, play with damping & confirm you're 100% sure which way is adjusts stiffer.
