2017 STI - first owner & first STI

Whatsup Western Sube's!
Picked up a brand new 2017 STI couple months ago and found this awesome community of owners!

Not a mechanic by any means but would love to slowly make this car unique with your guys' help!
I see weekly meets, i'll definitely come out when the weather is nice as the beast is in hibernation mode.

JK but seriously, welcome to the club! Good to see it growing slowly, we need some more build threads around here. We need more pics!!! Head over to the Builds section and post your up once you get going! ;D

Meets on Tuesdays @ 7:30pm!  It's a bit less busy there when it's this cold out but people usually hang inside and have coffee and talk about Subie's and cars in general!!  Summer is awesome, love those nights when we have 20+ people out :D

Also try not to beat yourself up to much when you finally kick yourself in the balls for having an sti hibernating all winter. I made it halfway through my first one before it came out for some donuts.. ;)

The STI is clearly the best summer only car you can buy. AWD is critical for dry pavement.

If you look at what happens to the exhaust and suspension bits after a couple of Winters worth of brine, parking it doesn't sound like such a bad idea.

I think next year I’ll definitely make it winter ready. Just got it so my wallet is low for new tires, 3M and rust protection.
