Clean it up. Fluid changes.

Get a good baseline going as I will be picking up a wideband

Welcome!

JDM STI or WRX with an STI intercooler?  What were the other vehicles you've had?

Based on the missing brake fluid and slave cylinder I think the later.

It’s missing red paint on the intake manifold but it’s got an STI intercooler, AC deleted, aftermarket intake, and oil catch can. Someone was monkeying around in there. Does it have any red paint flakes on the manifold? You might have a swap, maybe a pleasant discovery.

Also welcome  :)

I plan to take some pictures tomorrow but my understanding is the motor is a hybrid of sorts. EJ257 bottom with I think EJ20 heads

Check your timing belt. With the condition of the inside of the engine bay it could be cracking

Yup on the list to do. I was looking at things today and noticed the cover was not fully seated so good time to check.

Yeah I've seen a few of the yonders around here :D Just had to do a turbo swap on this thing and a bit of cleanup.

The POinisms on this thing are great already LOL. Bolting AND welding the exhaust hangers together :D Punched myself in the face fixing that.
